Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in St. Louis seeks a clinical pharmacist to join the ICU team and optimize patient care through medication management and round participation.
You will verify orders, assist with pharmacokinetic consults, and contribute to warfarin/TPN discussions as part of daily rounds.
