Job description
Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare in St. Louis, MO seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist for ICU to improve patient outcomes through direct rounds and clinical services including order verification, pharmacokinetic consults, warfarin and TPN management.
The role also involves research, committee work, and serving as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students. PGY1 residency is required and schedule is M-F days with every fifth weekend.
