Job description
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at University Hospitals Pain Management provides a wide range of services, including drug information, therapy monitoring, and patient-specific consultations, while collaborating with physicians to drive guideline-directed therapy.
You will participate in Medication Safety and Therapeutics committees, provide staff education, precept students, and help maintain the formulary, all while safeguarding PHI and adhering to UH policies.
