Job description
Larkin Health in Hialeah, FL, seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Critical Care to provide evidence-based medication management for critically ill patients. In a high-acuity ICU, you will partner with intensivists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to prevent errors and optimize complex regimens.
The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or BS, an active Florida license, and appropriate residency experience; Board Certification is preferred and hospital experience is required.
