Job description
Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the ICU swing team. The role focuses on managing a caseload of critically ill patients with 24x7 coverage and collaboration with intensivists, hospitalists, and cardiologists.
The incumbent will participate in rounds, protocol development, and ICU care delivery under supervision. Schedule: Full-Time, Eve/Night shifts, weekends and holidays as required; annual salary range of $160,533 to $176,271 with
