Job description
Fairview Health Services in Edina, MN is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor to join the ICU and Float Pool teams at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital. This shared 0.6 FTE ICU and 0.4 FTE Float Pool role supports department operations and nursing leadership.
You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care activities, manage resources, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a dynamic hospital environment, driving patient-centered care and positive staff engagement.
