Job description
Montefiore Medical Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU float pool assignments across the organization. The RN will maintain nursing standards per ANA, participate in performance improvement activities, and demonstrate leadership in care coordination and patient outcomes.
We require a 2-year commitment, NYS RN license, ICU RN experience, and BSN preferred. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with potential shift differentials and comprehensive practice
