Job description
Bon Secours is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader at Maryview Medical Center to coordinate patient care and lead the nursing team. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse will work with the Clinical Manager to ensure excellence in clinical practice and patient satisfaction while optimizing resources and productivity on the unit.
Responsibilities include adjusting schedules for acuity, guiding staff, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with patients and families about care plans.
