Job description
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health ICU is seeking a Manager to oversee daily operations and set strategic direction for the unit. You will lead clinical staff, mentor teams, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
