Job description
Ochsner Health is seeking a qualified RN leader to assume unit responsibility for practice quality, care standards, and service delivery. You will support staff development, manage personnel, supplies, and budgets to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
The role requires a BSN, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of RN experience with 1 year in a leadership capacity in a Magnet facility or similar environment.
