Job description
White Rock Medical Center LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a House Supervisor to provide leadership and resources to staff during evenings, nights and weekends. You will coordinate clinical activities, supervise personnel, and ensure optimal patient care across departments.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ ICU House Supervisor experience, a BSN, and current BLS/ACLS with Texas RN licensure. Strong communication and staffing coordination skills are essential to maintain safe, efficient operations.
