Job description
Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Nurse Educator for the CTICU/ICU, full time with variable mids/evenings. The role focuses on planning and delivering orientation and continuing education for nursing staff, students and colleagues.
The educator mentors staff, monitors competencies and participates in committees to implement evidence-based care and maintain regulatory compliance. Nurses are encouraged to model best practices and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.
