Job description
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Sunnyvale is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse Educator to partner with department leaders in designing orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
Reporting to the Emergency Department Nursing Director, the educator will drive evidence-based practice, quality improvement, staff development, and regulatory compliance to elevate patient care.
