Job description
Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in alignment with California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
The RN will perform all steps of the nursing process, coordinate care with other providers, and educate patients and families to support self-management and prevent complications. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
