Job description
Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics is seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide leadership and coordinate patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. You will assess patient needs, develop and adjust care plans, and communicate changes to physicians.
Responsibilities include acting as a clinical resource, documenting in the EHR, and supporting admission/discharge flow to maintain high quality, patient-centered care. BSN preferred; Texas RN license required.
