Job description
Atrium Health Cleveland ICU is a high-acuity unit delivering advanced emergency and critical care in a Level III trauma environment. This role leads a fast-paced team, prioritizes patient safety, and partners with intensivists and disciplines to optimize outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have an NC RN license, BSN with MSN preferred, and a track record in nursing leadership, budgeting, and professional development within an ICU setting.
