Temecula Valley Hospital, part of Southwest Healthcare, is seeking a Nurse Manager for the ICU to oversee staffing, patient care quality, and clinical governance in a busy unit.
The role requires ICU experience, leadership background, and active nursing licensure in California; BSN preferred. The Manager will ensure staff scheduling, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards in collaboration with the nursing team.
