Role
ICU Nurse responsible for delivering high-acuity, compassionate care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities include
performing complex assessments
managing ventilators and IV drips
responding swiftly to patient condition changes
coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
Additional duties
supporting disaster or surge responses
maintaining safety and infection-control standards
providing education to patients and families
Qualifications and skills
strong clinical assessment skills
experience managing critical care equipment
