Job description
Confluence Health has a Nurse Resident program located in Washington. The residency focuses on transitioning new graduates or experienced nurses into acute inpatient care with a mentor, emphasizing evidence-based practice, safety, and quality outcomes.
The program includes hands-on clinical experiences, online and classroom learning, simulations, and mentorship, under the Nursing Director. Requires a nursing degree, WA licensure by 90 days, and a two-year commitment with a $3,000 completion
