Job description
ChristianaCare invites new graduate nurses and RNs with less than 12 months of experience to join the Critical Care Pathway Nurse Residency Track starting March 2027. The program includes a structured, supervised transition with stepdown and ICU rotations, mentor support, and a 26-week precepted training phase across multiple campuses in Newark, Wilmington, and Cecil.
