Job description
Confluence Health is offering a Nurse Resident residency program designed for new graduates or experienced nurses entering acute inpatient care. You will work with a preceptor across units, progressing in responsibility while delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
The program includes online learning, simulations, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experiences. A two-year commitment is required, with start date February 15, 2027, and a $3,000 completion bonus.
