Job description
Vanderbilt Health's Clarksville Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Clinical Staff Leader to oversee safe, effective patient care in a 21‑bed ICU. You will lead multidisciplinary rounds and ensure procedures and protocols meet quality standards while supporting a team of intensivists, nurses, and therapists.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
