Job description
Holy Cross Hospital, part of Trinity Health, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) to provide clinical and operational leadership for the ICU. The role collaborates with the Department Director to coordinate patient care, oversee staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective critical care services.
Requirements include Maryland RN license or compact eligibility, a BSN, and at least five years in ICU with prior charge nurse experience.
