Job description
Mercy is seeking an RN for the ICU Weekend Option to deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage ventilators and drips, interpret labs, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patients and families through difficult decisions, and document care accurately in the EMR.
