Job description
Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee a specified patient care unit on a 24-hour basis, ensuring competent, compassionate, and efficient care. The role includes oversight of clinical operations, human resources, financial and quality management for the unit.
The position requires a BSN, Washington RN license, BLS certification, 5 years of clinical experience, and 3 years of progressive management experience; a Master's degree and national certification are preferred.
