Job description
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Per Diem ICU RN to deliver high-quality critical care to adult patients in a dynamic, academic community hospital setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for complex, high-acuity patients, manage ventilators and titratable drips, respond to emergencies, and collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. This role supports CHA’s mission of equity and community health, caring for diverse, underserved populations while participating in a teaching-focused, team-based environment that promotes continuous learning and best practices in critical care.
