Job description
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare teams, respond to patient status changes, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
Active RN license, minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, current BLS certification, strong critical care skills, and ability to pass background checks.
The role involves working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, supporting critically ill patients. It offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and W2 employment . Candidates should be dependable, clinically confident, and proficient in critical care nursing.
