Job description
As an ICU RN Clinical Staff member at MLK Community Hospital, you will deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a modern intensive care setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, implementing and evaluating care plans, titrating drips and managing ventilators, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will support families, uphold patient safety and infection control standards, and contribute to quality improvement efforts while serving an underserved South Los Angeles community.
