Role:
Registered Nurse in ICU
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity adult patients, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and therapies, and monitor vital signs and ventilated patients closely.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work with intensivists and interdisciplinary team members, support families through education and effective communication.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Nurse license, strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work in high-pressure environments, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
