Job description
Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients in a high-quality, safety-focused environment. The RN will use development knowledge across the life span and collaborate with the care team to meet age-specific needs and patient goals.
Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, documentation, medication administration and direct patient care.
