Job description
Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital's 24-bed ICU cares for neurosurgical, neurotrauma and medical–surgical patients. Staff are skilled in hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, EVDs, massive transfusion protocols, and post–cardiac arrest care within a multidisciplinary team.
The role focuses on leadership in coordinating compassionate care, nursing processes, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Shifts are 12 hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), with every‑other weekend and rotating holidays.
