TalentBurst is seeking an ICU RN for a night shift in Lexington, NC. The role supports MICU-type patients with 12-hour nights and 13-week duration. Expect ARDS, sepsis, COPD, and stroke cases, with 2:1 nursing ratios and on-site RT support.
12-hour night shifts 7p-7a, on-site in Lexington, with 96-bed facility and an ICU unit culture that values experienced nurses mentoring newer staff.
