Job description
Texas Health HEB in Bedford, TX is seeking a full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) for our 18-bed ICU, a fast-paced unit with trauma and neurosurgical care. You will deliver care using the Nursing Process, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate outcomes while maintaining safety and continuity across shifts and transfers.
