Job description

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix is seeking an experienced ICU RN for our high-acuity unit. You’ll coordinate direct patient care, educate families, and drive nursing practice across shifts.

Strong leadership and teamwork are essential as you participate in quality initiatives and complex patient management in a 72-hour biweekly rotating schedule. The role requires an current RN license, ACLS/BLS, and ECG competency, with BSN preferred.
