Job description
Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an RN for the Specialty Critical Care-Intensive Care unit. The role emphasizes using nursing processes, clinical competence, and teamwork to provide safe, compassionate patient care, aligning with department and organizational policies.
New graduates or RNs in good standing with Arkansas licensure are welcome. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training is provided where needed. BSN preferred and specialty education will be offered for unit-specific needs.
