Job description
Montefiore Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to uphold nursing standards and lead patient care across interdisciplinary teams. The RN will coordinate care plans, mentor associates, and document care in accordance with policy to support quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading care delivery, completing admissions assessments, teaching patients and families, and participating in performance improvement initiatives while maintaining licensure and competency
