Job description
Self Regional Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to telemetry patients using the Nursing Process. The role includes coordinating and delegating care with other professionals, communicating findings, and serving as charge/lead nurse as required.
Responsibilities also include adhering to the medical plan of care, policies, and standard work, and performing other duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Director.
