Job description
1st Choice is seeking a Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) Assessor to support a statewide initiative for adults with IDD in New York. This role involves person-centered CAS assessments to guide individualized care and support plans across assigned regions.
Responsibilities include in-person assessments, data entry into state systems, and coordinating interpreter services as needed. A Bachelor's in a human services field is required; Master’s is preferred, with strong English/Spanish
