Job description
1st Choice is seeking a Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) Assessor to support a statewide NY initiative serving adults with IDD. You will conduct person-centered CAS assessments in homes and community settings to guide care plans.
This full-time, hybrid role requires travel within the assigned region, a bachelor’s in a human services field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; a NYS driver's license is required.
