Job description
Benchmark Human Services seeks a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) for a community-based crisis response project in Arkansas, covering Pine Bluff, Dewitt, Star City, and Monticello. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with travel.
You will coach DSP staff, develop PBSPs, and work under a designated QDDP supervisor (BCBA/BCaBA). Ideal candidates bring excellent communication, the ability to train others, and skills in behavioral assessment and behavior plan
