Job description
Aspire Chicago is seeking a Program Leader to support adults with disabilities in Day Programs. This full-time role focuses on creating engaging programs, providing hands-on support, and fostering meaningful connections to enrich lives.
You will collaborate with clinical and support teams, develop PCPs, and ensure participants pursue interests and community involvement through planned activities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
