Job description
The Center for Discovery seeks a Chief Operating Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, workforce management, and strategic initiatives across Rock Hill and related facilities. The role ensures care quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution of the CEO’s vision.
The COO will drive staffing, training, budget adherence, and process improvements, collaborating with clinical, education, and administrative leaders to expand program access and organizational growth.
