Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks an Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Physician & Medical Director to lead a new IDD Integrated Practice delivering holistic primary care for patients aged 16 and older.
The role blends leadership with clinical care: about 40% traditional primary care, 40% IDD-focused care, and 20% administration, supported by a multidisciplinary team including a BCBA, social work, nurse navigator and psychiatry.
