Job description
Sevita's Mentor Community Services in Santa Barbara is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to oversee day-to-day operations of 1-4 programs, ensure person-centered planning, health care, regulatory compliance, and staffing.
You'll lead program staff, manage hires and evaluations, and maintain community relationships, while staying on-call to support staff as needed. A compassionate, organized leader with two to three years in Human Services is preferred.
