Job description
Sevita's Mentor Community Services in Springfield, MO seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead up to four community-based programs and drive person-centered outcomes.
You will mentor DSPs, coach staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and community partners.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, 2–3 years in IDD settings, and proven leadership and collaboration skills.
