Job description
Sevita’s REM Community Services unit seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations of multiple community programs and ensure high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Your role includes supervising staff, coordinating planning, and ensuring compliance, health care, and safety across sites. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with a mission-driven team in the Dubuque area.
