Job description
Sevita is seeking a Program Director in Indiana to lead the day-to-day operations of one to four community programs, coordinating direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy and regulatory compliance, while ensuring financial stewardship and safe facilities.
You will supervise program staff, conduct evaluations, schedule and orient teams, and make HR decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
