Job description
REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations across 1-4 community programs, including direct supports, planning, healthcare, advocacy, compliance, staffing, safety, and budgeting.
Responsibilities include supervising program staff, hiring decisions, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining program integrity. On-call availability is required to support staff and coverage as needed.
