Job description
REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking an Operations Management Area Director in Ohio with a strong background in IDD services. You will lead a program site, supervise staff, and manage financial performance to ensure high-quality services for individuals served.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of related management experience in human services, plus a Master’s degree and state licensure as needed. A valid driver’s license with clean MV record is mandatory.
