Olgoonik ID Services PositionOlgoonik is an Equal Opportunity EmployerOverview:Provide ID services for Department employees and contractors. Perform required and mandated functions and processes. Provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.Primary Responsibilities:Process applicants for ID cardsProcess applications for passport/visa photosProcess ID card applicationsPerform security background checksPerform quality control checksPrepare status reportsProvide intermediate level customer service supportProvide intermediate level trainingUpdate filesIdentify and resolve moderately complex ID card problemsIdentify and resolve moderately complex access control problemsPerform other duties as assignedPerforms assigned duties in a satisfactory mannerWorks well with co-workers and supervisorsObserves work hoursDemonstrates punctualityMaintains good relations with the publicDemonstrates good judgmentBusiness casual attire.Supervisory Responsibilities:There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma2 years of clerical and data entry experience1 year of experience working in a government facility processing applicants for federal ID cardsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs.SQL database experience.IT Patching experience.Good typing skills (30 wpm).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to perform work with no supervision.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:None required.Security Clearance:TOP SECRET Clearance Level RequiredMust have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security ClearanceMust have a current US Government Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (less than 4-1/2 years old) or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Single Scope Background Investigation.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
